No. It shows that 0.11 is more of a quick sale price now. 0.22 doesn't counter 0.22.

You was in the unusual world too long :P Buyer at 0.22 counters it and everything below. Kinda a lot of suggestions were accepted basing solely on buyers.

Buyers don't necessarily counter everything below if there are lots of sellers, I've done a bunch of raises with buyer high end and seller low end, it shows both can happen.
