I might come back... Who knows, all I know is this needs an update.
Also, could someone tell me all the new rules? Classifieds, buy orders, etc.

All other sellers at invalid as they're more than 1-2 days unbumped.
As always, please try and keep the comments relevant, please don't make comment comprised only of "upvote" or "downvote". Counter-proof / supportive proof is always appreciated!
Welcome back to a new world of being able to call classifieds valid proof (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ
Classifieds have always been valid proof.
It is now, that they are more than just supporting proof.
You couldn't base a range on classifieds before the recent updated guidelines.
True that!
Classified rules: 10 sellers needed to lower a price if the market is large, this is valid as Jacob told me. 3 buyers needed to raise a price.
That is basically it for new rules. Welcome back.
Unless the item has a limited market.
O yeah. Forgot about that one. Upvoting :)
The 10 seller rule really depends on the market, there aren't even 10 sellers total for this item on classifieds, this is fine.
Welcome back, buddy! C:
