I don't understand why the previous suggestion was accepted, and why no one who actually cares about rep hasn't done this already. Re suggesting using virtually all the same minis/prices from the suggestion accepted 5 days ago.

Conclusion

Previous suggestion was passed w/ 450 key low mini on the cloudy tc. ~2 days before it passed, on the suggestion that I'm assuming was referenced for the mini on the tc: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/554e9d17ba8d885d338b48fe the suggester himself even commented, stating that suggested price was too low, and yet left the beams view suggestion up using that price... He proceeded to then suggest his own price on the tc, and the view suggestion somehow still passed after the cloudy tc suggestion went up..(has since been accepted..) tl;dr I see no reason why that last suggestion should have passed. I'm all for reporting sales, but at least try to get the range right & use correct prices/minis... I don't understand why I need to keep coming back and correcting when I preferred to keep my hat unpriced in the first place

The Beams Allbrero mini looks screwed up, the PE bubble pipe and tartan come out to 264 together, not 164. That would put the Allbrero at 198 (even assuming no overpay on either end). Pushes it even further away from the two most recent sales, and would put the total of Sale #3 at a good bit under 1100 however you slice it. Makes it even more clearly an outlier particularly with subsequent higher sales.

But since I'm looking at it, just for reference, the maybe-initial sale back on 1/13-1/14 looks pretty straightforward:

Comes out to 988 without overpay, 898 with. That means Sale #3 was a clear profit for the buyer in Sale #0. Personally, since it has headed further up in every sale from there, I'd say it's safe to call Sale #3 from the suggestion an outlier, with the seller just taking a decent but profitable offer rather than holding out for the greatest possible profit later. Seems particularly likely since that user seems to be skirting the edge of getting scammer tagged for trading with marked/obvious scammers, and may not have wanted to wait.

Long story short, your current suggestion seems to be the most accurate option given the sales.

Why are you not including sale 3? There is no reason for it to be left out. Thanks for the credit btw :3

1. It's from ~February 26th.. 2. It's ~400 keys below the next closest sale. and 3. For more or less the same reasons you chose to try to not include my sale in your original suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5558269dba8d88f3608b458f . Except it actually is an outlier.

I'm correcting the suggestion, I'm not making a clean new one based on sales, none have happened. The outdated part is less relevant b/c none of these were technically outdated when you originally suggested. I don't care about rep or credit. I'm doing this because it's correct. I pointed this out to you on your tc suggestion, you chose to ignore it

??? I understand that you are correcting what I did wrong but youre correcting me incorrectly if you pick and choose which incorrect parts of the suggestion you want to fix. Are you going to fix it right or not?

... I'm not seeing how you can possibly justify that the third sale, which is in reality closer to ~1000 keys.. is somehow not an outlier. It is the sale directly after the view was sharked, it's the oldest sale out of the 3, and it's ~400 keys lower then the sale that happened like a week later. You're entitled to your opinion obviously but it doesn't make sense to me, if anything this suggestion still looks low considering the proof, age of the sales, and short time-large discrepancy in sale amount (esp when the much larger amount it went for is justified by the next sale)

I am saying that sale 2 and 3 are outdated, Sale 1 isnt.

I don't think this site would necessarily completely invalidate sale 2 just because it is now pretty outdated, suggestion was made when it wasn't as outdated, and my suggestion is more or less a "counter-suggestion". I certainly am inclined to agree with you but I just want this to be over with & given an accurate price. This site is definitely just a guideline for these high tiers, so I feel like leaving sale 2 in is a fair & conservative middle ground

Id have to disagree with you there, however I will wait for a mod to review this to determine the outcome.
