Conclusion

I generally hate basing things off of tiers, but ~14 is way too low for this hat. 50 makes sense compared to searing. Looking at the trade posts, I have no offer evidence to back this up, but Im fairly sure that in this case Im allowed to use common sense to rule 14 out.

It is currently not up for sale on outpost, but has a classified listing. Im guessing its not on outpost because the current owner has a temp. ban from outpost.
