Sale 3 (unusable but mind boggling)

Now this sale is weird because not even a day after frost buys it for 56 pure, he goes on and sells it for a collector's razorback and 27 keys. It obviously can't be used because he quicksold it but this just confuses me a lot. Guess he has so many hats to sell he looses track of what he gets from each sell? (7 + 27 = 34 for those who can't math)

Not even going to bother looking for an OP link. (also no idea about that noh in the screenshot since can't get history on it)

Now there was one more sale but isn't going to include it because this already has plenty of proof and the hat it was sold for has a price outdated by a year so it needs it. X__X Pretty tight range on this though.
