I don't think that it's an outlier... mainly because there's nothing more to work with to determine if it is an outlier or not.

Conclusion: All sales that didn't look like a complete outliers (potential 2 key sale for example o_O) are here. Two sales, 11 in unusuals, 14 in australiums. Taking 11 - 14 as a suggested price
