Math:
After rechecking histories it appears as if the TC buto and keys were in a separate trade. Thus the rack and tyrant 1:1ed. Appears rack owner wanted an ooze soldier hat thus he likely offered on it. No overpay applied.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26056158 "i love the ooze so if its a soldier hat with the ooze, i will prob take it."

This looks a bit low for such hat/effect, more sales would help
then you realize this is the only sale in forever ;3
Honestly the last suggestion I did at 80 was wayy to high, glad I realized i did it wrong. This is actually far more reasonable.

Closed but still, it isn't even THAT low (ahem, instabuy border)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26060887 The buyer offered the Miami TC, to then trade 1:1 for the rack seems unlikely.
It is more likely the TC and Tyrants were 1:1'd.

http://backpack.tf/item/3157405803
I see no similar names for the two, which is why i'm confused.
Then perhaps it would be better to not make suggestions for items where you're not actually sure what happened, and wait for some more sales.
The thing is though that the racks and tyrants histories match up.
And as I said, it's unlikely that that is whole story based on the offer.
EDIT: There's a very easy way to settle this. Add the owner.
The Miami TC was not involved in the trade, but as Gent suggests, it was definitely more than a 1:1 deal.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26056158 - Miami TC was sold here for the G Fetti Kabuto, 50 keys, and sweets
Most of the keys were then added with the Rack, and Brunz used them immediately to buy an Aussie Rocket Launcher from this guy - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198042132655?time=1433401200
And that's why you can see the Rocket Launcher in his backpack immediately after he sells the Tyrant's - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044905861?time=1433401200
So that should explain the discrepancies in item histories.
Items involved in this sequence of trades:
http://backpack.tf/item/3157405803 - Ooze Tyrant's
http://backpack.tf/item/1092044751 - Stormy Rack
http://backpack.tf/item/2489540588 - Miami TC
http://backpack.tf/item/2825831987 - G Fetti Kabuto
http://backpack.tf/item/3778678875 - One of the keys
http://backpack.tf/item/2428695969 - Aussie Rocket Launcher
EDIT: Basically if a price looks too high or too low, and you're not certain if something else might have been involved in the trade you're using, just keep digging into the histories of any other high value items that either trader acquired immediately after the trade in question. You'll often be able to find some of the missing pieces (though not always).
