The Max also sold for a scorching modest and I'm sure a scorching modest is more than 180 keys. And if it quicksold for 200 keys (really quicksold) then 160 is an outlier too.

Turns out that the quicksale wasn't a quicksale at all it took him at least 2 months to sell it

Its all based on quicksells as well, which won't help with its actual price, specially since it was sold for cash/pure.
