Was gone drop this, but found a single light of hope, might not be enough but worth a try anyways...
The market for non-painted versions are incredibly small, only 3 pages on outpost versus 16 for painted.

Single clean sale for 2.2 on outpost, but several sales on scm around 6 bucks too, might be enough for a raise.
Been a long time since I've seen someone other than a white belt suggest a price for this let alone someone raising the price that is not a white belt. Good proof, Upvote.
Appears the bottom seller at 2 keys quicksold, dunno what happened to the rest, too hard for me to track. Either way, that supports a raise. Upvote for now.
Since this has taken a while to get accepted, here is an update, another two sales for the high-end.
Sales - 2.2

Bills hat rising??? This is a new one.
20 pages on Outpost and one sale?
The market for non-painted versions are incredibly small, only 3 pages on outpost versus 16 for painted.
I sold my Black Bill's just the other day for 2 keys + 2 ref lol.
Yeah, paints don't really alter the price of Bill's as much as other cosmetics, but painted ones aren't still the best proof to use
I'm mostly basing this off the scm, since it's a pretty massive part of the Bill's overall market, looking at recent sales they seem to be hovering around 6 Bucks, can't set a price using scm though so 2.2 is the highest I can go.
Which is what makes them so great to sell on the market. Bill's, buds, Genuines, Australiums, and most other promos generally sell a bit higher on the market. The fees influence what buyers are willing to take, which is why SCM isn't used to priced normal items. :P
This will definitely take a drop when the Summer sale hits in 2 days.
Totally forgot that's only 2 days away, need to hand my wallet over to gaben.
The future says hi
why so low? http://imgur.com/4bEctMd (black one )
Because I'm a bad trader.
http://i.imgur.com/zKzp53P.png Or because it's far too easy to find a white/black one at little extra cost. You're definitely lucky getting half the paint value out of that lol. I can't count how many times I've seen people with something like "S>White Bill's 3.5 keys" in their name. It's simply not easy to sell at that price.
i wouldn't say lucky. maybe patient is more suited for this sittuation
i never had issues painted selling bills for 3 (black/white)
same as i never had issues selling congas for 1 key.
and there are LOTS of conga sellers under 1 key

Someone is reviving bill
owns one, manipulation!
Thanks for trying, upvote even though i quit trading. This glimmer of hope, please mods, don't let it fade.
bills please come back to me old friend ;n; i know your dead but we can clone you
For me in the UK SCM Bills hat is below the prices of keys
ahhh what.
the first 2.2 seller is a bot ans the next 2 are the exact same person's bots and hes selling for 2.16 not 2.2 (there might not be a difference so sorry if i made a mistake).
also thats not enough people for a whole price change i mean these are bots, not real people.
Doesn't matter if they are a bot... they still sell for their listed price, I don't see how it being a bot trade makes a difference.
maybe the fact i can make a few bot accounts make them do this and then make a suggestion the price should rise?
also bots don't represent the market because people pay for the convenience of an instant trade.
and, for extra, the highest it was sold recently on the SCM was 5.54$, which with the 15% SCM fee falls under 2.2 keys
unless youre just trying to make my comment look bad, explain how i'm wrong
1: "can make a few bot accounts", no you can't.
2: "make them do this and then make a suggestion the price should rise", no you can't, cause you actually have to sell the item in order to raise the price, I am not raising the price based on a bot selling the item, I am raising the price based on a bot that has SOLD the item.
3: "Bots don't represent the market", they very much do, the trade being instant doesn't make the bots invalid as proof, that is like saying I can't use my sales as proof, cause I got instant trade.
4: "Highest it was sold for on SCM recently", this was made 10 days ago, I can't look in to the future.
There, you got your answers, now get your nonsense off my suggestion, you know nothing when it comes to suggesting, so stop trying to play smart.
1. i can its pretty easy you go into steam and make an account.
2. ok, yes, it worked for a very small amount of people, but that doesnt represent everyone.
3. I was talking about accounts made specifically for profit not that java file that responds to your trades for you.
4. oh no sorry for checking your proof maybe i should know better and upvote all your suggestions without checking. the prices has changed so now your suggestion using SCM is irrelevant. (also a quote from the suggestion making article: "The Steam Community Market is great for buying items convieniently. However, the 15% fee on each sale means that item prices on the SCM are almost always inflated to compensate. Therefore, please do not use SCM prices as evidence.")
also all i did was try to show your suggestion isnt accurate because your proof just shows that 3 bots can sell a hat for a bit higher. i thought that people with golden belts wouldve act a bit more mature toward criticism.
But bots wouldn't exist if it weren't for people D:
true, but making a bot is for profit, its like using a quickbuyers post as evidence, the only real difference is that qucikbuyers do it manually and bots do it automatically.
