Since there is tons of sellers @ 0.33 ref. Me myself and several others suggested that 0.33 should be the new low-end, and either 1 OR 1.33 as high-end. I go for 1 because it seems mostly valid at this point/time, and the 1.33 sale supports the 1 ref end range a lot, though.
