        12 is too low, and sale 2 is too high. so i took the sale in the middle. seems about right for the hat+effect.

          what if i go and fined sales and just find the 12 or just the high outlier, then the price will be at that price?

              No, people will probably research if the price seems to high or low and find the other sales for you, or the suggestion will be closed until there's more evidence.

                If the only recent sale is 12 keys, then yes, it'll be priced at 12 keys.

                Certain obvious exceptions exist though, which someone would use common sense on.
