Is your high end based on a BO or am I missing something?

There's a sale for 22, but a seller for 15.

Ok... why does that mean the high end should be a BO? The BO discounts the sale as an outlier because if it can't sell at 15 then 22 is too high. But it still... can't sell at 15, so why is 15 in the price?

I've done this for most other suggestions, I'm not changing it now.

I don't think I've ever seen a BO used as a high end, but ok. Your call.
