Support-proof:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26146003 - Seller at 9 keys and had someone willing to buy it for his B/O price but he bought mine at 10 keys instead.
http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Haunted%20Hundkopf - Recent sales revolving around the ~9-10 key mark after tax.
Notes:
As of right now, there is only one listed on Outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/248650025
Conclusion:
One valid sale at 10 keys and a seller at 9 keys. Taking a final range of 9-10 keys.

Well your item was painted pink though. That would definitely have added some value to it.
Even if my item was pink, the buyer removed it or rather, repainted it to Mann's Mint so I'm pretty sure he did not care about the pink paint.
I'd consider this the same way I'd consider unusuals. It's pretty similar to a low tier hat.
