It seems that you are not applying the overpay correctly.

You shouldn't be applying the overpay on bicorne but you should be applying it on Harvest Armored Authority. There is no evidence of who offered on which hat on both of the seller and buyer's trades so it falls under unclear.

The sale would've been 228 * 0.9 = ~205 keys - 37 keys = 168 keys.

It was offered on here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25105008, so no overpay is needed.

You don't need to apply * 0.9 on all the unusuals involved. The value of the hats should be taken as it is. You also missed a Ghastly Ghosts Jr Ground Control http://backpack.tf/item/3169446665 which was added with all the other hats for the DaD Hong Kong Cone.

Because of all these mistakes, your range is a lot higher than it should be.
