~Rounding to 55 Keys~

So, I've always wondered. Is rounding a choice when suggesting a high(ish) unusual? The previous price obvious wasn't rounded on this hat.

That was when buds were wonky.

For lower tiers, it's safer not to round.

Mid tiers, you could do to the nearest 5 or 0.

High tiers, you could do the same.

God tiers you could do nearest hundred (if it's near a hundred)

Overpay shouldn't have been applied on the defiant spartan sale on that suggestion since it was offered on here as well http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26048301.

The PE Hallmark will need to be properly updated before it is used here.
