In the sell orders it looks like a bunch of them are bumped rarely. 3.33 Ref sale looks like a quicksale. Both of your 4 ref sales were done in less than a week. Item looks like it's wanted a lot if people even overpay for it. I'll stay neutral for now tho.

1st, it doesn't matter if the classifieds or poorly bumped or not.

2nd, it took 2 days for the seller at 3.33 refined to sell the item.

3rd, it doesn't matter if someone was able to quicksell it at current range. If there's a valid seller below, then it should be in the range.

Mass amount of sellers at 4 render 4.33 an outlier, doesn't look like 3.33 is a common trading point either

from those sellers it looks like the current price is correct.
