the last , most recent sale of 32 keys you are still not factoring into your pricing equation. you cant just pick and choose which to omit. also, being as the sale at 32 keys contains the most pure and least amount of overpay it should be regarded as the purest sale because there is little calculating to be done for overpay at all. How many of these are you going to open, have arguments made to counter, and then close. Is this the 3rd attempt in 24 hours... Im losing track

Taking the mid range, 22 to 28 is a perfect range.
Now stop getting worked up about how your friend overpayed by only a few keys for this hat, you're the one with the profit anyway. :)
its not about profit, its about fairly representing the market sales with the most current data.
Realistically the range here would've been 20-~ 32 keys but the change in average value is only 1 key so this does not require a resuggest. Accepting this.
