There were multiple on sale for 18 at the time of suggestion :S

The 21 keys sale on that suggestion is a pure sale. Normally we wouldn't call a pure sale an outlier. In addition to that, when you created that suggestion, the 18 keys sellers were fairly young 1-3 days. So that range was fine. In this case though, 13 keys trade has been up for 1 week now.

so, i guess 12-13 then? label 15 as an outlier?

Or you can just do 12 flat.
