I think that you should get more sales at 2.33 because there are 2 pages of 2 ref sellers in the classifieds and several more on outpost.

However, I did find one more sale at 2.33 and one sale at 2.22.

So I tried to sell 2 quackenbirdts at 2.33 ref and I was surprised to see that I sold both of them for over 2.33 ref.

Even if this is uncommon, I'd say get another sale at 2.33 ref to make sure you didn't get lucky.
