IMO Sulph>Phosh

The 2 keys and Villain's Veil were also involved in the trade. Item IDs from when they enter the seller's backpack range from 3800038859 to 3800038870, which is how you can tell.

That combined with the excessive overpay on the aussie sniper make 30 keys a bit too low. 35 would be closer.
