The 200 key sale was a quicksale advertised on backpack.tf forums, as the first rejected suggestion says. I have a C/O for this hat for arround 400 keys (rejected, have proof) also for the last suggestion, i added cs:go items with the other hats to get the cone.

Please proof your c/o at 400 Keys in order to counter. Thanks.

Hm... Looks like that the price here is quite low then... Both sales are also a bit old above, so could probably be the reason.

Sale #1 is seems to be off by quite a bit. It's hard to say exactly what the sale is. You'll need to add them to verify. But it's probably not worth it now anyways given how old the sale is.

If you look at the beams samur-eye seller's bp, you'll see 100 more keys from the same trade there. There is also a max head thrown in there somewhere. The actual sale is probably over 300 keys pure. But it's hard to say without adding the seller directly.
