First for everything, oi.
SCM
http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Archimedes%20Strangifier Sold for $28 on June 12
$28 + 28/1.15 = $52.35
$52.35/2 = $26.18
Keys were $2.34 on June 12
$26.18/$2.34 = 11 keys
I had one of these back in October last year. A few people were calling me a scammer for asking more than what the Strange Archimedes was worth. :P
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23340893 I sold it for 12 keys, but it definitely took a while. A little old to use now though.
Based on SCM sales, the range could be 11-12 keys with what the seller receives and what the buyer pays.
To my understanding, that's how pricing Unusuals sold on the SCM works.
Attempted (and succeeded) in selling a summer shades strangifier for 7 keys, got called a scammer numerous times, heh.
Another sold for 50 cents less but close enough
if it was sold for $28, wouldn't it be around 14 keys?
Keys aren't quite $2 - we use their price on SCM rather than through PayPal
Ah, i see.
This is rarer than even unusuals. So I think basing the price off scm to get it going is okay. For future suggestions on this item or on other items, I wouldn't use SCM as proof alone unless the change is big one and if it's a rare item.
