The birdcage's value will only differ by like a key or two. Common B/Os for the rag on OP (all of which are duped) lie at 14 too. Probably safe to take 14.

Total sale ends up at 52.5. These minis are absolutely horrible because I hard a hard time tracking down proof for them, so I don't think it's fair to use this.

I think re-suggesting at 52-57 may be better. I know you're allowed a bit of lee-way with how good a mini-suggestion can be but all the same, I've never had less confidence in these :P

The way I see it, if it's not good for an actual suggestion, it's not good for a mini, but that's just me.
