My mini's a bit old, but 130 on a duped vivid cold killer is very high considering the outdated but clean price on bp.tf is ~110.
so final price should be ~70 keys?
or 70-90 since the mini is above B/O?
also the current mini is capped at the B/O, so doesnt really matter if its over 90

The main problem here is the mini suggestion. The mini suggestion that you used for the evaluation of a duped vivid plasma cold killer is very inaccurate due to burning flames buccaneer's bicorne being severely outdated. The burning flames Buccaneer's Bicorne is duped as well. I wouldn't use such a sale as a mini suggestion unless those hats' value can be proven with further mini suggestions.
I am unable to find any other valid recent sales for the duped vivid plasma cold killer. Because of this, I would probably leave this hat unpriced until further sales occur or a proper mini suggestion can be made for the duped vivid plasma cold killer.
