A new, valid sale has just taken place for my Clean Soviet Gentleman. It was on the market for 5 days before I accepted this offer.

It consisted of:

-30 keys pure

-Strange Australium Grenade Launcher (~18 keys)

-Orbiting Planets Teutonic Toque (~16 keys)

-Bubbling Tough Stuff Muffs (~35 keys)

-Orbiting Fire Outdoorsman (~11 keys)

To calculate item overpay:

18 + 16 + 35 + 11 = 80 * 0.9 = 72 + 30 = 102 keys

A new range should most likely be implemented for 52-102, or a middle number should instead be implemented.

102 def appears to be the outlier, judging by the fact that 38 was it's old price. It's at least more realistic.

I sold within 5 days, so it being a quicksell and selling for that much I don't see it being an outlier. Additionally, there haven't been any on the market for 52 keys for a while. The owner before me asked for more and currently there's only one being sold for 85. I think the average would work best (77)

i personally see 102 as the outlier as well as the reason venom stated above.

but i shall leave this up for a mods reply, to see what they think.

and no, i cant make average prices come out of thin air.

sales are at 52 and 102, range would be too wide with that range. so i would rather wait for a mods reply to see what they think.

also considering that the scotch bonnet is still currently priced at 71 keys, and there is 3 currently on the market, 2 for 75 keys, and 1 listed as a quicksell at 60 keys pure, or 50% item overpay personaly the mini of it being for 52 seems a little off, if yours sold for 102 the range is alot tighter at 71-102 or whatever that comes out to with item overpay factored in there, and makes the 102 not seem like as much as a stretch

1) It sold for a duped Harvest Moon Scotch bonnet. You can't just use the price that was made for clean versions on a suggestion where the hat sold for a duped version.

2) There is a seller for another duped Scotch Bonnet looking for 60 keys so I see the 57.5 value that was found from the mini as accurate

The 1 for 60 keys clearly says QS https://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Scotch%20Bonnet/Tradable/Craftable/45, this is the text on the add "QUICKSELLING! Looking for pure! Minimum 50% overpay!", just as the other 2 that are selling for 75 are clearly dupes as well

And your also incorrect about the 71.5 current price on bptf2 being based on a sale of clean versions as if you look into it before just making the statement you see that this is the 1 that those sales where of, and its clearly a dupe as well

Your oppinion is biased seeing as you own the hat.

I actually hat the soviet listed on Outpost for 52 keys for quite a few days without any offers at that price so I see it as more accurate than 72 or higher.

Additionally, you've had this hat for around a month and have been listing it for 75 keys on and off. Since I see that you have not sold it at that price, and I had not sold it at my price till a person who was willing to pay far extra for the history came along, I believe this suggestion is accurate.

actually, my opinion based on the facts of the current price of the bonnet, and i only have my hat listed at 75 so people who look in my bp can see rough range i want on the set im selling but my soviet is not for sale alone, it is being sold with a set including my luchadore which unfortunitly had its price dropped in half after i purchased set and as i dont plan to sell either for less then i paid and will only sell both together, the soviet taking a while to sell is more do to fact its only being sold in set and anyone who has asked me about it alone has been told this, and its in a set with a luchadore that had its bp price halfed, so your argument there is invalid Again the facts are that the scotch is currently priced at 71 with majority of sellers wanting 75 other then 1 that specifies QS for 60 PURE ONLY or 50% item overpay, and everyone of the bonnets that i have seen is duped, including the 1 that current price based on these are the facts, and these are the facts my opinion is based on

This suggestion should be accepted.

The sale at 102 is a clear outlier and a range for 52-102 would be too wide regardless.

All the proof here seems valid.

52 for the scotch bonnet is the clear outlier, correct range is actually 71.5-102, then whatever it comes out to be adjusted for item overpay
