In fact, the history of the tree doesn't match.

Looks like it was sold for 29 Keys. The history of the keys also has the guy who sold his duped eerie tree at the same time.

The second sale's key history doesn't match. Not sure what he sold it for.

Looks like Sale #3 was sold for Spec. KS Aussie SMG + Spec. KS Aussie Blutsauger + 3 Keys.

Always check the backpack history of the buyer as well when the seller's backpack isn't matching.

Good thing there's not a ton of effects on this, easier.
