Too early to drop to 9 ref. Although there is indeed a bunch of sellers selling at 9 ref, most of them are young and not well-bumped. Therefore, I'm going for 9.33 instead.

Keeping 10 ref in range as there are still sellers at 10 ref, and I've also found some which sold at 10 ref.

Going conservative here.
