A screenshot of 3 buds being added to the backpack, and the unusual getting out of it isn't enough proof for you? Nothing else of value on his backpack, 160ish hours played against the guy with 2k hours and 500$ bp worth selling now for over 60 keys.

There's no specific meaning for sharking, but I believe that sharking is taking adventage of a new player giving him an unfair trade with the knowledge of it, even if the kid asks for that much if you consider yourself a good trader you should tell him the real price. This has happend to me MANY times, with kids trading me stuff worth way more than what they think and ofcourse I either reject it and tell them what's the real worth or give enough for the item If I have that much. If you think that just because he might have "given him what he wanted" makes him less of a scammer, I really hope I don't have to deal with you anytime in the future.

Not really no; if one sale is a complete polar opposite of another, then a third sale is usually needed before a price can be made to see if one of the previous sales is a clear outlier.
