Your b/os were 49 and 40 keys, so sale 1 would be 89 keys. So fits right in the range.^^
just a question, the b/o's were up for 2 days, do they have to be up for a week to affect the price of the sale or is it just the fact that the seller and buyer valued them at that which gives the final trade the value?
This is one of those questions that does't have a straight answer. In general, I would always be wary of using those kinds of sales because they are unpredictable. In situations like that, you should use your other sales to guide you in identifying whether it was an outlier or not. Given all the other sales in your suggested range, that's a sale that in this situation I would take at its b/o value. But if all your other sales were at 100, then I'd probably say that 105 captures its value better.
