Conclusion: market is very small itself, it's very hard to find without parts, killstreaks etc. Only 3 pages on Outpost.

That is correct, but there were people selling for lower having trouble selling it, look at the screenshot.
that's only 1 person selling at 16.33 on classifieds, and that trader has unbumped it for 4 days...

no, you need more. 1 unbumped seller at lower isn't proof, neither is a quicksale at 17 enough to drop the price.
