Well, 12 months old price.

If you will buy it.. there is only 1 seller on outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26243946 , the same seller is on bp.tf, only he: http://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Well-Rounded%20Rifleman/Tradable/Craftable/31 . Unu is not duped/gifted: http://backpack.tf/item/2714572897 . So.. if I can buy that unu only from he.. if he ask 16 keys only.. Why maintain this old price? :)

U can buy that unu only from he. Also yesterday he have add me and have ask 15 keys for that unu. So the time is not much important, my suggest is based on the price asked.

It does not matter, you need sales to change a price, not sellers, in this case at least.

There ARE sales, i even gave you a hint, if you think you can drop it with b\o - trade is too young, you need to wait a week AT LEAST.

Technically, you dont need sales no. Making a suggestion based on lower BO's is allowed as long as the hat is outdated, the BOs are significantly lower than the current price, and have been up for a long time, so that they can be qualified as 'unsold' for unusual hats.

However, if there have been recent sales, it is always more accurate to go with the sales rather than with the buyouts. Suggestions based on buyouts are often accepted based on the fact that the suggested range is better than the previous, outdated value.

I personally dislike BO dropping, as it gives traders the wrong idea that the hat has recently had sales at those values. If no sales occur, its the best that can be done, but if sales have happened and the hat is unsold at the given prices, then its likely an indication that the buyouts are still overvaluing the hat.

Thats how I'd like to see it. However, there's examples of suggestions that have been accepted based on BOs even though there had been recent sales. Reason for this, as said, is that the suggested range is often closer to the actual value than the previous range.

Well, now you know the rule, so you can inform rather than misinform people in suggestions.

I'll leave this up for a week to see what happens.
