I am not applying overpay in this sale because I believe the Chieftain was offered. The seller had been looking for an unusual Armored Authority and had closed their advertisement 4 days prior to the trade, while the Authority owner’s advertisement was still active. Moreover, applying overpay puts the Authority at 62 keys pure, which was recently declined in the trade below.
