Some people collect. I have trade.tf alerts for new dirty Cozy Campers that hit the market so I can buy as many as possible. None of mine are for sale.

Why do you think it's an outlier? There are buyers at 3.33, 4.66, and 5 ref right now

It just seems the 3 is more of a selling point than 6.

If there are so many buyers above 3 ref, then why should 3 ref be in range?

I'm sure Julia's sales at 3 ref have gone very quickly.
