His 1 ref sale is from 2 weeks ago, so his proof is actually insufficient. However, I did sell one for 1 ref a few days ago.

0.55-1 ref is a better price.

Buyers cannot be used to set the low end of a range
They can be used to disprove low end of a current range.

Considering mods have definitely gone over my profile by now and read these comments, and haven't banned me, I think i'm ok as for the moment being
First off, nobody knows how many times you actually tried this and how many people you have scammed. It'd be a great coincidence that the first and the only person you tried that on decided to put a trust mark on you.
Secondly, I'm just stating my opinion: I, on my side, will always mention your scam to warn people of your filthy nature.

Of course it's up to mods to decide. I doubt you'll get banned by only one cropped (!) picture of trade history. But who knows. I was just stating my opinion.
And it doesn't matter if you used the site, the thing about ban is that you'll not be able to use it in the future. For example, you can be banned from tf2outpost even if you never used it, it just takes 1 accepted steamrep report.
