Yup, all the sellers I can use. Yes, I can use the second one, rules are it has to be bumped at least once, plus it's over a week old so it shouldn't be a factor regardless.

Fancy Dress Uniform in itself is sexy. Owned a level 52 one. I don't know why a strange one exists tho. My body is ready for a strange Towering Pillar of Hats. Proof is sufficient, upvote.

Soldier didnt have many good strange miscs besides this and obviously chops until more recently still sexy af.
