After doing all the math this is what I got (in refined, note, the X stands for the unus):

New items worth - 286.27

Removed items worth - 91.29 + X

286.27 - 91.29 = X = 194.98

194.98/19 = Key price for X = 10.2621053. Rounding to 10 keys.
