While it doesn't state an official pure b/o, the person you bought it off stated that he was 'looking for offers around 150+' - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26167026
Would this in anyway affect the value of a sale (as in capping the sale)? I know it's not a proper pure b/o but if he's looking for offers around 150, should it be valued at 200? Especially since you're looking for around ~175 Keys (though young).
I'm not doubting the suggestion, I'd just like to know more information regarding suggesting c:
he had 150+ and i have 175+ meaning i wont take any offers below 175

It's an odd thing as it's rather subjective, but the general B/O capping rule works the way it does because the B/O is what the owner would instantly take in pure. The issue here is if someone says "looking for offers around 150+" then would they take 150 pure? Probably, but it's rather subjective, again. :s
