I looked through about 15 exchanges of this hat ( http://backpack.tf/item/1712185864 ) and this hat has been lost on SweetStakes SO MANY TIMES simply because of its inflated value. Finding sales was REALLY hard.

There is also the Hearts Modest sale, but it is the only valid sale for it, and pricing the modest off of this would not be right, as people still seem to believe the cannon holds a 200+ value.

The Ninja Hood also has a sale, which requires at least two more minis. Only sale, too. Realistically the cannonball is ~100 now, and the modest sale would DEFINITELY be an outlier.
