since always? i've always been told that a few times by mods in past suggestions

None have told me so, And my suggestions where i label item solds as Quicksells all get accepted

odd, i include those types of sales in my suggestions and they get accepted.

What is a quicksell?

Time is only one factor used to determine a quicksell. If a hat sells within 1-2 days for its b/o in pure, one should be suspicious. However, since time to sell varies greatly among the type of hats (old vs new effects, misc vs hats, high tier vs low tier), this is not a reliable way to identify a quicksell.

More important is how a sale relates to other sales. If a hat sells for less than commonly offered values in pure or unusuals or for less than common trade points, that is likely a quicksell.

In this case, the 13 keys sale isn't exactly far off from the other 2 sales, there isn't any reason to exclude it.

Your suggestions were accepted eventhough you claimed sales as quicksales was probably because we think that it wouldn't have affected the range too much (close enough) or the sale was viewed as an "outlier" instead of a quicksale which is what I would be doing here since the change in value is small to warrant a resuggest.

Another request from me is if you could avoid doing what you did in Sale #3. I really cannot tell based on those 2 links that you have provided from whom to whom was it actually referring to. This picture isn't all that useful is it? http://gyazo.com/4719360be669648019999bda2a1ea419. I really don't appreciate having to spend 20-30 minutes going through all the sales for that hat just to find out. It is a huge time waster.
