With a lot of buyers within the range of 8-9 Keys, I don't think 11 Keys is a price for a quickbuyer to buy. Do you have the evidence that he was buying it for 11 Keys?
he bought it for 11 keys. i checked each key
he is a quickbuyer in general,it doesn't mean that if he put the price at 9 that he HAS to buy it at 9. he obviously saw it as a good deal and he took it. end of story
also most quickbuyers just c/p the buy-trades. you can see the same prices over and over again in most cases
Eh... Your logic is quite hard to understand. So since he's a quickbuyer in general, should every hat that he buys which is lower than other sales be classifieded as an outlier if he set up a trade on it? Most of the sales above are all traded with unusuals and ended up with the price 13 Keys. Pure sales are often slightly lower than the price of the unusual and I would gladly accept the fact that 11 is slightly lower.
I do know most quickbuyers c/p somebody else's buying trade, so therefore same prices makes a range of quickbuyers within 8-9 Keys.
Since 8-9 Keys should be a quickbuyer's normal buying price for this unusual, wouldn't 11 keys be an outlier on the views of buyers and therefore saying that 11 keys is a quicksell invalid?
no,because it's very possible that if you asked each of the guys if they'd do 11,that some of them would accept.
sadly i can't do that,as i would be faking the offers.
however i did offer 11 on the 2 selling currently, just waiting for that to be declined.
anyways, someone who only had the intention to buy it for profit bought it for 11. if the guy was selling it @11 for 4-5 days, without success and then "quicksold it" i couldn't do anything. but he was selling for 15,and then decided to get rid of it for 11.
the quickbuyer insta-posted it at 13 - it received an offer of 12 too.
edit: what logic is there with finding "outliers" between quickbuyers. you take the highest paying quickbuyer. which was 11 in this case. lets say there are 100 people who would pay 6 keys for the hat. does that mean the 8-9 key buyers are outliers ? because the number is insignificant to the 100 buyers at 6 ?
I'm sorry for the late reply, just went to see a movie.
It's actually really hard to tell if 11 Keys is an outlier or not by just assuming that the guy who bought that hat was a quickbuyer.
I do get what you mean now, but it just isn't persuading enough for me to remove 11 keys out of the range.
It will be great if you have more evidence to back up that 11 keys is an outlier.
i wanted to hold this as an ace up my sleeve. but i guess there's no use to hold back anymore
