Clearly doesn't sell at 14 refined, taking the 12 refined seller as an outlier/quickseller. Gonna be a bit conservative and, go with a range.

Given that there are now 4 different sellers at 13 or less. This is probably okay. Just so you are aware, if it was only a single link at 13, I would have closed it.
