that's a last resort. i always try to make the guys logically assume it was offered.

Proof first, assuming after :P

it'll just be a pointless argument of "it's logical" vs. "but bp.tf says to apply overpay everywhere yada yada"

and in turn i have to add either of the parties to confirm it was offered.

far less of a hassle if the suggester has the right reasoning.
