This effect combo mainly comes from the creepy crates I believe. They can still be unboxed, just has to be on a full moon or Halloween. It definitely will be a rarer chance of unbox due to the limited number of creepy crates available.

How are 29 and 31 outliers? If you're taking out outliers simply due to them being low / high, 29-31 would make more sense

I'd say the offer is an outlier, probably a trader making tentative offers

Some people told me to close it because the price was "wrong"

Would've been due to the 30 key offer - a declined pure offer at 30 shows that sales around there may be outliers, as people like to offer low on trades when it comes to pure :P
