The B/O was in cs:go keys as many has already stated, unless he has a B/O in tf2 keys, it wont be usable.

Yes and since most sellers of CS:GO keys take TF2 keys + 2-3 ref that brings it to about 442-463 or ~450

Or if you are not a biased, jealous child like Merndy, it is 1 key + 3 ref, making it at least 460 TF2 keys but he chose to ignore that.

Anyways, putting this at 400 keys when it sold for a 600 key unusual marks my exit from backpack.tf, can't cope with this any more. ;)

I'm surprised you didn't know that this is a general rule. We cannot price an item higher than what the owner would've taken on the spot, ie. the buy-out.

If you sell it for a lot more than your buy-out it is overpaying, and does not give an accurate price.
