You need to prove sellers (a lot of sellers) @ 13 flat and also, to make it flat. You'll need way more ''valid'' proof.

Did a quick look at the classifieds, lots of sellers at 14 Ref or above.

it's not a rare item,people that sell above the current price don't matter

I'm aware that the people who sell above the current price doesn't matter. It probably would matter if they sold though.
