However, the Burning Belgian had a B/O of 200. Capping this sale at that.

It doesn't matter if the Belgian had a B/O of 200 keys, it's not what you're pricing.

The Hat of Cards was offered on the Belgian, so yes, that do matter.

Pretty sure it doesn't, but out of anyone, I'm not gonna argue with you.

I offered it, so it matters. I cant value whatever I'm offering to be more than what his B/O was.
