However, the history, due to duping, is bugged and is not showing Rufus. However, it is clear he did own them, as the c9 Cannon even directly appears in Rufus's Outpost trades, evidenced here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26168573

It's equally clear he did trade them to Sluggy for the Boron Beanie, because Sluggy does in fact appear in the history.
