Credit to Shuffle Spy for the Proof.
Freeze in the name of Le Dong.
I had this offered on my Death at Dusk Hong Kong Cone, which it was outdated. Another dream hat of mine and I was skeptical on its price, especially being outdated. I checked and seen that this unusual hasn't been resuggested for a whole week, especially with the strong evidence. Figured to do this hat a favor and give it a necessary raise.
1) Sold for a Logo Viewfinder (300) + Burning Amassment* (130) = 430 * 0.9 = 397 Keys

* http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198045311547?time=1429967345 --- Sold for a Sunbeams Falkrik (130)
Rounding to 400 Keys.
2) Sold + Bubbling Brainiac (19.5 * 0.9 = ~18 Keys) for a GE Muffs* (373)

* http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198043917078?time=1430879718 --- Sold + 2 Keys for a Searing Noh (375) + 50 Keys
Taking 325 Keys.
Comments in the previous one shows another sale claiming "500 keys" in unusuals, but the majority are outdated. If applying some reasonable adjustment to the price and applying overpay, it would likely in the range or the 400 price. However, due to the large amount of minis needed for it and the hat becoming duplicated afterwards, I'm going to disregard that sale and only use it as supportive evidence.
If 50 Keys were added to the Noh, wouldn't it be
X + 2 = 425, so the Muffs would be 423?
Oh. I must've done it completely wrong. It should've went the other way.
Correction Needed: Sold + 52 Keys for a Searing Noh (375)

range could be 260-300
How so? If anything, this hat could be 300 flat, since the items offered in that "500" keys offer are quite higher than 300.
So we have a sale at 200 or something, one at 260 one at 300, one at 400 and one at >300`? 260 is still pretty close to 300.
Sale at 200, 260, 300, ?, 400. It seems like this thing can sell for higher than 300.
Yeah fine, 300 flat could work I guess. :P
Deep Cover Operator - 105 Keys.
Maddendoktor - 75 Keys.
Pullover - 160 Keys (unable to trace an accurate sale (it was a pure one) and using last buyout.)
Ubermann - 45 Keys.
Your Worst Nightmare - 100 Keys.
Full Metal Drill Hat - ? (Probably 25 keys.)
This is what I obtained from the minis on that "500 key" sale and it seems like that person wasn't bullshitting at all. Overpay wasn't applied to any of the numbers, so after the overpay, it would conclude around 450 keys and make the 400 not an outlier. Sure, it is a wide range; however, since this sale isn't technically stable--I can conclude this hat being 300 to 400 for the meantime with stable sales.
