      it did sell, but there are still 3 other valid unsolds. and a good amount of sellers @ lower.

          Well the only way to determine if it is in fact an outlier will come down to whether the other 6 refs unsold will remain unsold. If another sale occurs then it solidifies that the current existing range is fine. If not, this will be fine.
