That sale happened about a day after I bought his PE. Sold in 3 days unsure if might count as quicksell,

It's say it's on the boundary of quicksell, we'll see where offers go on the one on the market to make the call if it's an outlier or not. But with a B/O of 80, I'm not so confident :P

Well he has been selling it at 80 keys for over a month now, this should be alright.
